Therefore, remember to apply a mild dosage of the conditioner whenever you shampoo. The best results of conditioning can be seen if you apply the conditioner from the scalp through the tips of the hair.
Secondly, strictly avoid drying your wet hair with a towel. This is one of the biggest causes of hair loss among men. Wet hair is most susceptible to breakage. Thus, when the towel is rubbed against the wet hair, some of it gets entangled with the threads of the towel. When the towel is lifted, some of your tresses become stretched and tend to break.
Washing hair with hot water plays havoc with the health of your hair. Drops of hot water are capable of stripping the essential oil resting in your scalp. This leads to dryness which results in dandruff in a few days. Therefore, it is always advisable to wash your hair with lukewarm water.
Coloring and streaking gives you a cool look, but, there is no denying that these activities leave your hair brittle, dull and damaged. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid using chemical based products on your hair and instead, opt for safer herbal products.
