It’s that time of the year again when the sun will be out shining bright and offer you respite from biting cold winds. Although summer is longed for, it comes with its share of problems too. The most common of them being damage to the hair and skin due to the exposure to sun rays.
Your hair is the first thing that is readily exposed to the harmful ultra violet rays of the sun. It is therefore very necessary that you take proper precautions and care when stepping out in the sun.

- It is very important to cover your head whenever you go out in the sun. Put a cap on your head or wear a helmet while driving the bike which not only will protect you from the sun but also in case of any accident.
- It is very important to oil your hair well before you take a bath as it will help moisturize your hair and regain all the lost nutrients.
- In case you like using hair products like gels or sprays for styling your hair make sure you choose ones that are efficient in protecting your hair from sun exposure.
- Wash your hair regularly with a shampoo that has moisturizer to bring back life to your hair and flush out the dirt as well.
