When you decide to embark on a fitness program to get six pack abs, one of the keep things you must do is to clean house. That means get rid of everything in your house that contributed to your weight gain and you being unfit. This would include the foods in your fridge and cupboards. All fruits and vegetables are great, but some are “super”, like blueberries and broccoli, and contain high levels of antioxidants and nutrients for healthier, stronger bodies.
Fats, like the oils from olives, avocado, nuts and fish, provide “good”fat that promote better health. Since they are fats, though, you should use them sparingly, since consuming excess fat can be stored in your abs.
Whole grain carbohydrates, like whole grain rice, pasta and bread, are a healthy addition to your diet, too. They help you feel full, so you are less tempted to overeat, and help you stay lean.
